A mexican style lager inspired by the Sierra Ladrones (Thieves Mountain) near Socorro named because outlaws and highwaymen hid from the law in its steep and treacherous canyons. Alternately brewed with Lemitar green chile.

German Kölsch with a refreshing blend of hops and malt providing a welcome escape from dungeons or dragons
Jailbreak IPA
New Mexican IPA
5.8% ABV
Jailbreak is a crisp, medium hopped. liberating New Mexican India Pale Ale. Although no breakouts were recorded from Judge Green’s jail, the escape passage from the basement used to evade the authorities during prohibition (1917-1933) was located in the corner of the jailhouse.

Wheat beer for all seasons alternately brewed with discreet prickly pear and guava fruit notes to accompany trips up or down the river.

Amber ale with caramel notes and a mild hops kick that won’t interfere with satisfactory academic progress.
